Jamming Band? When is this a thing?

So I noticed there is suddenly a Jamming Band added in the wiki for Vulcan. When is this a thing? And is it no longer available?

Hey, so the new <<Vulcan-Jamming Band>> augment is one of the rewards you can earn from the Rally Tankcar event https://pages.tankionline.com/rally-tankcar

More specifically its the 50 stars reward for the race that took place between 05.03.2023 and  08.03.2023.

This is the Tanki V-log https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kAXtygf0Xto that showcases all the new augments (including Vulcan-Jamming band) from Rally Tankcar event.

 

At the moment you can not get it anymore unless you have earned 50 stars on the above mentioned date with the non-eliminated team. But it may later be added into Ultra containers.

Is that mean if I've not participated in the event at all, it will be too late to get the augment even if I join the event and managed to get 50 stars now?

In that case you have to buy the special offer to participate in the event and also have to earn that amount of stars 
So, you would have to get 50 Stars earned and you have to be in the winning team.

I'm actually quite confused. Because the rule says I won't get the award if I don't earn 50 stars in the corresponding round, which is already passed. But then we have an expensive offer that allows people to join the event in the middle.

So the question is can I still get Jammer Band if I join at this moment?

Yes you are right.  Got a bit confused with the question. LOL
You would've had to get 50 Stars on the past stage (where jamming vulcan was available). 
So if you decide to join right at the moment, you would just receive the prized of the current stage.

True. Its prolly a question of time. 
Also possible as a battle pass reward.
