Right now, we are experiencing problems with the availability of the «Tanki Online» servers. In this regard, you may experience inability to load into the game and lag in battles. We are aware of this issue and are working hard to get our servers back up and running as soon as possible. Hey @Gameknight10, this is what I could find on the Tanki Online discord. The server issue has been going on all over Tanki and may take some time to fix.

EHI@Gameknight10, questo è quello che ho trovato sulla discord di Tanki Online. Il problema del server si è verificato in tutta Tanki e potrebbe richiedere del tempo per essere risolto. 

Agreed to write delay battles but this was true until yesterday 17/3, but today you just can't access the message "Error system lost server connection Error on load config" appears. Here is a quick fix, Try to delete the game cache and try again. It worked for me.

Thanks clean with Ccleaner, it's not excellent but it's a little better, even if there are many shortcomings and slowdowns on movement and shooting (game that freezes and starts again, like the tanks).

I have been experiencing that exact issue quite frequently this weekend. I found that closing then restarting the program is a good substitute for having to go into your computer's settings and deleting cache. Try what @S.M.S.M said if what I advised doesn't work.

Unfortunately, whatever I did, this one didn't work for me. But for me, clearing the cache worked. Moreover, the game is now stable.

I'm also having random spurts of lag. It's like the game just has a seizure for no reason. Ping and framerate is stable until this happens, then the framerate drops but ping doesn't
