Bug throught my whole life of Tank Online

Hello there!

I am an Tanki Online user since around 2017-2018 and i decied to today download the game so i could play for fun. But there is a problem, when i come to play in any kind of match... my turret don't work. I don't know is it bug or something like that but every time i play i can shoot like 25 times at my enemy thank they would just get pushed or something like that.. there isn't any damage to the thank. I tired to change my turrets, hulls, even graphics but nothing will work. So if anyone knows what or how to fix that please write it down. That was also the problem why i stopped playing back in 2020-2021.

There is a chance that this is happening due to the server issue that Tanki is facing now. Its not just for you, but it has affected many players.

Another reason could be the instability of your  internet connection or ping spikes.

Maybe try clearing your laptop cache. Also try to play in browser (google/opera recommended) and see if its better there.

If it prolongs in the downloadable client version, try to delete it and download again.

Hey @XXXANDREJXDXXPRO, could you specify if you were damaging (was the damage being shown after you shot )  the enemy or not ? Also please tell me what turret were you using ? Could you also tell me the device you play on ? Laptop/PC or Mobile.

Well @NightCity, This bug is most of the time appearing, just in some very rare moments it does work and i can deal damage.

Hey @NightCity I am not really sure is it gonna work because i just played one match in browser (Opera) and same thing happends.
But i also wanted to ask you when is start to match what is this mode that says Pro mode or something like that..
Is it the newer version of that pernament Pro pass that was back in game to create your own games or select which match you want to join?

Yes PRO battles is the games that other Tankers make, they do not require any Passes to join or make them. You can join and play them if you want, but there is a daily limit of XP and crystals a person can earn.

I have been experiencing similar. For me anyways, it can often be resolved by refreshing the window or leaving the battle. 

Edit: Tanki has been facing server issues off and on over the past week and a half, so that should definitely be a factor to consider.
