  2. 2. Should the death barriers (other than falling off the edge) on the map be removed?

The first remastered map ever, in my opinion, was very well-made. I enjoyed driving out of bounds until tanki added death barriers right outside of the barricades that you could get over without using a hovering hull. One random update, they added a death barrier outside of both barricades and now it is only possible to land out of bounds without dying with hopper and it is RNG if you die using hopper's overdrive! I thought this was a cool feature and I hope tanki considers removing the unnecessary death barriers.

You can discuss your thoughts here!

It's still possible in SOME regions of the map to go out of bounds - You generally just have to climb one of the "cement walls" that line the map, rather than entering the outskirts of the map anywhere near the gates that would usually be the easiest method. I will elaborate further on why below the image proof showing it is possible.

I did some very brief testing to try and discover any sort of pattern with where you will be destroyed, and failed to find any true consistency. Biggest finding is that there appears to be a relatively large region around both gates where you will be destroyed if you enter.

There is a house in one of these kill-zone regions by a gate (on the left side of my tank in the above image, though it is not directly pictured from where I was angled), and it appears it is not possible to land on that specific house, but all the other buildings in the outskirts of the map seem to be within the "safe zones" (allowing you to try and land on them without being destroyed).

Hopefully this helped, and everyone is more than welcome to test/research this matter further and document their findings in this topic.
