valid Legacy turrets

To make legacy turrets (some of them) more attractive and nostalgic I suggest you to add old shooting animatins. 

electic beam for Isida legacy and narrow beam for Railgun legacy.

Ok but... hear me out. What if, instead of giving those old effects for free as part of all existing Legacy skins, they are added as separate items and given as grand rewards for the next P2W event, and later on in exotic category of ultra containers, eh? EH?
