declined Simplified Token Of Apology System

I feel like there should be a more simplified token of apology system instead of us getting just random amounts of things. Here's what I suggest

 

the following items you get from a token of apology should include:

Containers

Ultra Containers

Skin Container

Tankoins

Premium Pass (if necessary)

Event Currency (lolipops, gingerbread, test tubes, energy)

 

 

Now i will explain the amount of said item/items you should receive

 

Containers:

The amount of containers you receive depends on how many days, weeks, or even months you have missed out getting the containers every week according to my calculations you can receive up to 30 Containers daily missions give you 1 Container and you can get 3 a day in total you can get up to 21 Containers for completing all the daily missions for that week you also can get up to 9 more containers combined from the weekly missions so if tanki is having technical issues for example 3 weeks straight you can get up to 90 Containers.

 

Ultra Containers:

The amount of ultra containers you receive depends on how many ultra weekends you have missed out on in total from all the set of special missions you can receive up to 20 Ultra Containers 15 combined from the base set and 5 combined Premium and Battle pass exclusive missions if the game is having technical issues for example 2 weeks then you will receive 40 Ultra Containers.

 

Skin Container:

There should always be 1 skin container in every token of apology tanki gives us.

 

Tankoins:

The amount of tankoins you receive depends on how much you can earn every week without spending real money to buy more of course we all know that the basic way to get tankoins is from weekly containers every weekly container gives you 8 tankoins you can earn up to 3 weekly containers per week if the game is having technical issues for example 4 weeks then you will get somewhere between 96 - 196 tankoins if you add in the additional 100 tankoins you get from the challenge.

 

Premium Pass:

The amount of premium pass you get depends on how many days you weren't able to play the game for example if the game had technical issues for 75 days you will get 75 days of premium.

 

Event Currency:

This applies to events such as the Trick Or Treat Minigame and even the Dark Matter Minigame the amount of event currency you will receive depends on how many you get from each daily mission you can get up to 4 event currency per mission if the game had technical issues for example 14 days you will get  168 of that currency.

Token of apology is not a "system". It's a one-off reward that is given out when the game experiences technical issues. These technical issues are not (or at least should not be) a regular occurrence, so there is no reason to normalise the compensation for them.

Additionally, the duration and severity of downtime is different every time, so the contents of the compensation depend on what the players actually missed out on due to technical issues. For example, in November the downtime prevented players from earning Candies during the limited time event, so a corresponding amount of Candies was included in the token of apology to compensate for that.

Instead of wasting time on normalising tokens of apology, it's far more beneficial to just work towards preventing any potential technical issues in the first place.
