Launcher Problem

Hi, when I download the launcher and open it... I always get a grey screen and nothing loads!

Have you tried closing the client and open it again? 

Honestly, I don't have huge problems with it. Sometimes I have such difficulties, but it's because of my Internet...

Don't worry I did everything I could... I work in IT and couldn't make it work... changed the properties of the client, re-download it, stuff like that

Oh. You're using the launcher from Steam.

I thought you were talking about the HTML5 Launcher, but not the Steam one.

Unfortunately, I can't help you with that, because I'm not using Tanki Online on Steam at all. But don't worry, someone else who knows how to solve such problems with launchers from Steam will help you.

The client is very problematic and the only 2 useful advantages that it has over the browser are the fact that it saves your settings for each account you have and you do not have to redo them every time you log in unlike the browser and that if you accidentally hit the right click button in your mouse, it does not kick you out because it takes you back to your previous tab. However I noticed the major draw back of the client is the severe lag that is much more noticeable than the browser.

I am not sure what windows OS version you are using, but perhaps it may help if you run it in compatibility mode.

I use Windows 10. Well, problems with client T.O in my computer are not a big deal and mostly it's cause of my Internet. I rarely have problems with them, when I have them, they're getting quickly solved. Also, are you sure you quoted the right post?
