Usually when you incorrectly type a password of an account 2-3 times wrong, it asks you to identify whether you are a bot or not. This is because some people may use bots to hacks or try multiple passwords to access a large number of accounts. To prevent this from happening, they have it. Also some people create a lot of accounts in a short period of time (100s), so the captcha helps to know if its a real person or a bot tool.

Safety reasons or something like that, with proving you're not a bot.

Bots will be added, probably because of low number of players in this game and to help newbies learn more about the game and how to play it better.

Actually there are no bots in TO, but yes in test, nd captcha is no for bots of the game, its a measure of security
