Guys,

 

I have to ask. Why didn't everyone get coins? I mean, really. There were 40 plus million coins and 5,000 contributors to the fund. That means everyone should have received around 7999 coins. How do you determine who gets what? My son got 9,000 and that's good for him but balance says let's not give one or two people all the coins. Really not sure what's going to happen with this game.

No, not 5000 contributed to fund. 5000 are winners.  1 winner is added for every 8k bundle purchases.  So assuming 90% purchased 1k bundle.....    the number of players ( including alts) who actually purchased are 35k to 40k  players.  I purchased 1k bundle each on 6 of my account and 2 of the accounts won.  congrats to your son and good luck to you next time.

That's because those Tankoins( if by writing "coins" you mean "Tankoins"- that currency in this game) were given only to players who won in the list of winners of the giveaway/draw. You can read about it in the topic about the Tanki Birthday Tanki Fund. The only things you'll definitely get are the Additional Prizes for each level the fund reaches.

About giving Tankoins to everyone who bought at least one of the bundles like for example the cheapest one for 990 Tankoins, maybe it seems like a dream for you and many other players but that giveaway was a lottery. Some players win in it, others lose, it's kinda common thing in such draws. Once you win, once you lose, that's life. Also spending 990 Tankoins and receiving like you said around 7999 Tankoins does not make the game earn itself, it loses more than it gains and that's not the point of such Tanki Funds.
