Try exiting out of the tab and reloading into it. It didn't load for me at first, but when I exited and reloaded it, it worked for me then.

yupe tried it on both chrome and firefox, not letting me claim it.. also trying to change accounts it won't let you . other then log in on different web browsers.

I am doing it right now and I figured out how to complete the 14 boxes challenge on multiple accounts! This is all through edge. Try clearing your browser data each time so you can use a new account!

Weird the survey one works just fine for me, not sure what it might be causing it, perhaps try it a bit later. If you want to claim it on multiple accounts, I suggest you to open a new private window on Firefox it should be (Ctrl+Shift+P) which allows you to open the page and sign in another account.

I believe you cannot, unless you clear your cookies, active page logins, or wherever the page data are stored, but you can easily open a private window and you should be able to open the page and log in with a different account.
