This means you have enables 2FA on your account. The code is sent on the authenticator app you're using.

 If you didn't enable it by yourself then maybe your account is hacked or stolen, in this case, try to contact Tanki Support: help@tankionline.com

You get the 6-digit code in your mobile phone in authenticator app.

2FA can't be accidentally enabled without knowing that you're doing it, as it's not done just like that. If the account you're on requires you to enter the 2FA code, it means you enabled 2FA, you know that you enabled it and you should know where to find the code and most importantly what it even is.

However, you not even knowing what that code is, makes me think that the account you're talking about is not yours.

In case it indeed is your account, you probably have to mail help@tankionline.com and talk with them about your problem.

That means you have turned 2FA on. If you are not able to retrieve the code, contact the Tanki support team in e-mail. Their e-mail is help@tankionline.com

It helped for me if I did hard reset on my phone and I wasn't able to retrieve the code.
