Large Caliber augment doesn't decrease the projectile speed. But rather it increases reload time. How did this mistake make it to the official V-Log?!

What's the point in making keys? All it'll do is give us an animation.

Side note: the background music in the vlogs have been pretty awesome lately, keep it up.

gives them more money since players get less keys compared to the actual number of containers.

Every update to the economy is only done so we get less and they get more. This forces buyers to spend MORE than before to get THE SAME AMOUNT of items, allowing only/mostly them to get big numbers of keys over regular players.

What's the point in making keys? Money, it's obvious.. You're so long in this game and you still don't understand it? hhhhh ?

The devs do realize that decreasing the number of containers means that less players will buy them, right?

Its rather disappointing that you don't understand the laws of actions and reactions. Or actions and consequences.

You acted - I reacted.  I don't know what are you talking about. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction ?

Actually the devs acted with this keys thing, I reacted to them by asking them a legitimate question, and you reacted to my question with dumb logic.

Yes, I'm fully aware that its for money. But you have to realize that the players are the ones making them the money.

How does this motivate the players to continue to spend the same amount when they know they'll get much less than before?

The stated incentive is that having container keys will eliminate the system of having "old" containers. Instead of receiving UCs, you get keys. Let's say you don't like the current exotics. Instead of skipping the missions, you can complete them and get the rewards (the keys). Then you wait until the next event and use your keys to open the updated UCs that have something you do want.

Supposedly you will also be able to get keys from opening containers, meaning you can use a regular key to get an Ultra key from a regular container, then use that UC key to open a UC and get a skin container key, resulting in you ultimately getting a free skin from one regular container.

Of course, the chances of something like that happening are slim and obviously the number of keys you can get will be less than the number of containers you get now.

Well, I do faintly recall them saying that we can get an ultra container key from a regular container and then a skin container key from the ultra container to open a skin container.

It might be somewhat of a fair tradeoff for getting less containers, but still, the chances of that are quite slim.

Let's be honest, if this is happening, those keys are going to be in the exotic category. If that's the case, I would rather open loot boxes knowing that the top price has what I want, instead of another ticket to another RNG loot pool which gives me something useless 90% of the time.

There is no incentive here. Or the "incentive" is "Here is what we are going to do. Do you like it? Good. You don't? Deal with it.". That's what they have been doing isn't it?

Agreed, and honestly, I don't really care if they do this. But they shouldn't be surprised if it doesn't work out like they hoped. And then blaming it on something else.

Assuming that the probability of getting a different key while opening any container is 1% (just like exotics), the chances of getting a free skin from a regular container is nearly zero. They better stop sugarcoating this fact.

Again, keys are only useful to get new exotic items from past keys/containers, which is useful only 1% of times.

Here is the reality of this update for f2p players:

- 99% of times, they will still get trash rewards & basic necessities from containers, just like now

- They will also get 10 times less rewards for completing missions/special missions, based on the conversion rate (10:1), meaning they will probably increase the number of special missions, ie, more efforts for less rewards

Indeed, they didn't sugarcoat this in their explanation- they even went so far as to say "here is the scam" when explaining it. They did admit that the chances of that good thing happening are extremely small.

What a bunch of BS! So, I complete a mission that I do not like and I cannot change it and it takes me forever. Then I get a key to open 1 UC only to get 100 Speed Boost or a useless paint to go along with the other 70,000 I have! No thank you. In the mean time, the potato servers keep crashing and it will take us 3 times as long to complete an stupid mission. Excuse me for being blunt, but did the same ahole who ruined the game already thought of this?
