Blocked and not getting helped

When i got my first account blocked i thought there must be a problem, then when i played the next day with another account it also gets blocked the other day the same with the 3rd one. I have been a player since 8 9 years and spent a lot on this game, and now when i want my account back they ask me date of registration how could anyone remember the exact date of 8 9 years, i am sorry if i have made a mistake even i will pay anything to get my account back please help me !

As far as I know, its quite enough if you give the information on which month and year you created those accounts.

I also lost an account, think it was after the first ddos attack. After they sorted it out i could no longer log into it, so i contacted support and they wanted to know my entire life history from conception to my current age, unacceptable, way to complicated and so i just didn't bother trying to get this "LEGEND" account back. 

You have to run through burning hoops to get back an account, surely there must be a less complicated way to achieve this.

I wouldn't have a clue when I first made this account, it's not something most players think of when creating their first account, or any other account after that.

When i tried logging in it said WRONG EMAIL OR PASSWORD which is nonsense. 

 

Just replying from the email addy that the account is linked to should be proof enough that the account belongs to that player, as you also need the PASSWORD to access the email addy. If anyone is dumb enough to give away their online password and email addy and the password that goes with the email address then that's their fault. I did neither of those and yet my account is now blocked from further use due to technical issues beyond "MY CONTROL". This is unacceptable and i should not have to give out tonnes of information to get it back.

I am blocked from almost 22 days and they wont unblock me even after appliying 15 times saying i provided wrong information please help me i spent so much on my acc and played from 5 6 years i am an old player how can u do this to someone i know nobody is going to help me but i still hope somebody can
