Can we have an 'eye roll' emoji in order to give a reaction to a post from someone who says something so completely ridiculous and is an obvious lie when we don't want to start a flame war...?

Unfortunately, people of the 21st century can't take negative reactions, hence why all of the existing ones we had were removed, and I doubt anything that even goes in that direction will ever be added. I personally would like having dislikes or something. And yes, it is probably the wrong area.

As has been mentioned above, we already had a negative reaction emoji before and it has been removed since. 

With that said, suggestions regarding reversal of updates are not accepted.

Also want to highlight that nowadays regular and civil conversations rarely occur. It is easy to disagree with someone without having a proper and respectful discussion to find a midway or compromise. Shrug-reactions also used to be posted by people who were not bothered to understand someone else's view or didn't want to take other's opinion. But obviously, it goes both ways. 

This is nothing personally, by the way, because it happens all over the internet on every platform these days. It is disturbing to see that almost no one is willing to have a decent conversation while respecting other's view. I don't use social media that much anymore for this reason.

You can eye roll IRL. And if you don't want to start a flame war, instead of putting up a reaction to a post, you can simply scroll down and pay no more attention to it.

I still don't understand how the  emoji is negative. It gives off a completely different vibe than the confused and shrug reactions.

True. But have you ever been to the subject of a forumer who has a beef with you, and just keeps spamming that emote in your posts? I guess the other emotes at least gives rep points, so blowing of steam by reacting with ‘like’ or ‘agree’ doesn’t aggravate your ‘enemy’ at all.

 I used to have this guy who would follow me everywhere and react that emote. I asked him about it in pm and turned out he stalked the wrong guy for 2 days

I guess that rule only works on forum topic starters. Imagine having to comb through 20+ topics that says ‘bring back old isida’ and the likes. 
and imo nerfs and buffs aren’t rly reversal of updates, it’s balancing the game.

The point of the nerfs aren’t to reverse updates. They are to balance it. Devs aren’t looking to reverse their updates.

I've been spammed with the confused emoji. I've also been heavily spammed with the shrug reaction, which got so bad that I had to resort to turning off my notifications for reactions.

I've even been spammed with the  emoji, but I wasn't bothered by it.

I'd say the  and emojis are rather harmless, maybe a little bit mischievous at times. Honestly, I'd much rather be spammed with these emojis than with negative emojis like confused or shrug.

Sorry, but no matter how many times I look at it, I don't see negativity. Just uncertainty or indecisiveness, and maybe a bit mischievous.

Being spammed with any emoji will be a bit annoying, but some are worse than others.

That's not even blunt. Its just the truth. The devs follows no rules unless it is related to their budget.
