declined Augments from special events and tanki fund add in common and epic container and skins to legendary container

As the title saids, augments that come from special events such as minigame, contract and from tanki fund should be added to common and epic container, both section legendary. For example, helios that came firstly from epic container section exotic and was added to tanki fund and then received nerf and then ended up in section legendary of common and epic container. It feels weird that some augments that came at least 1 year ago are still unavailable, not even added to epic container section exotic. For example : The pulsar augments from every turret except shaft, gauss and magnum, hammer assault magazine augment, thunder adaptive reload, gauss solenoid cooldown, etc. 

They should definitely be added to legendary section of common and epic container so people who didn't have enough tankoins to get those augments (and maybe skins) can still hope to obtain them through luck.

Same goes for skins, for example firebird legacy skin that comes from tanki fund birthday last year got added to legendary container. That's why skins too from such events should be added to legendary container
