Do you get enough supplies as a non-buyer to play Tanki?

I've seen mixed opinions about this, so I wanted to make a thread about this question and see what people think.

Some people have said that as you reach the higher ranks you don't get enough supplies to use the non-Brutus drones, while others say that Tanki gives a generous amount of supplies and that there shouldn't be a problem.

What do you think?

From my experience, if you don't switch drones regularly, you will eventually run out of that particular supply. But there're also people who've plenty of them.

So when you say that some people have plenty of them, do you mean that a non-buyer can get by if they're careful?

I don't think a non-buyer can use every drone freely without running out of supplies.

What about Defender, can a non-buyer use this drone if they're careful?

I think there are more factors to take into account like combos you play, modes, etc.. For example someone who uses Crisis, likes playing CTF and is an aggressive player would run out of supplies much faster compared to somebody who enjoys the same drone and format but is a defender-type player who camps with Shaft.
