As the year comes to a close, it's a perfect time to reflect on all that we've achieved, experienced, and learned over the year . It's a moment to celebrate our successes and, of course, an opportunity to look ahead and make plans for the exciting year to come! One of the highlights of this time of year is the "Helper of the Year" award, which has become a cherished tradition within our community. Each year, our Helpers eagerly anticipate the moment when we announce the list, so without further ado, let's have a look at the Best Helpers of the Year!

The Administration!

 

Administrators begin their journey as candidates with a genuine desire to help the game and community grow. Day after day, week after week, and month after month, they dedicate countless hours and energy, consistently striving to improve the experience for everyone. While it’s easy for players to assume that "Admins have it easy" or that they get whatever they want, the reality is far from that! Administrators are responsible for many different tasks. They handle numerous tasks that often go unseen and require a great deal of time and effort. On top of that, managing their respective helper groups demands not just leadership skills but also a deep understanding of human emotions and the ability to navigate complex situations with empathy.

The truth is, the work of an Administrator is demanding and challenging, but it is also incredibly rewarding. We truly don’t have enough words to express our gratitude for the dedication and commitment you all bring. Your efforts make this community stronger, more enjoyable, and more vibrant. We’re deeply appreciative of everything you do, and we look forward to seeing you continue to thrive and contribute for many more years to come. Thank you for being such a crucial part of our game’s success!

Marcus - As the EN Community Manager, Marcus is a name that's recognizable from a mile away. His responsibilities go far beyond a simple list of roles, and he appears everywhere, especially when needed. His work is ever-useful, from forwarding players' messages and feedback to the development team, all the way to managing a whole community of Helpers—providing them with all the resources they need to have a comfortable work environment and do their tasks with ease. The whole Helper team is more than grateful to have you as a friend, mentor, and leader alongside them. With that being said, they wish you the dearest of wishes for aiding the community for all these years, and hope there will be many more to come. We also want to wish you the happiest of New Year's and a massive congratulations on another amazing year for the community, and another extremely well-deserved Helper of the Year title for yourself!

Spy, Mosad, Stealth - The team of Head Admins of the English locale is not just a lifesaver for the community manager, but a real team you can rely on. Together with the community manager they solve all the issues related to the project volunteers, make sure that relations in the helpers team always remain supportive and that players are satisfied with the quality of help they receive from helpers.

The team of Head Admins is a special, complex, and unusual puzzle that comes together to form a powerful community management mechanism. Wisdom, prudence, extensive experience, the ability and perspective to see situations from different sides, unique skills and calmness — all these qualities allow them to manage a huge team of helpers year after year - in addition to the exceptional management of their own individual teams. We thank them for their incredible work this year and congratulations on easily earning the title of Helpers of the Year!

rommeltanki - Rommeltanki is the definition of a dedicated helper with an incredible nine Helper of the Year titles in a row! Can you believe it? If anyone can achieve this record, it has to be the veteran rommel himself. It's absolutely no surprise our chats are always clean and healthy with the help of him and his excellent team. We'd like to extend our deepest gratitude to him, and we hope to see a long-lasting future with him on the team. Congratulations!

Jack - Since Jack joined the helpers team, his vibrant energy has been evident in every task he completes. He's always ready to spring into action and tackle his jobs with the highest standards. Ever since his start as a Livestream commentator, Jack has proven he can excel in any role. These days he's managing two formidable teams, but that hasn't stopped him from consistently contributing and stepping into leadership roles! The Chat and Livestream teams are far better for having him in charge. A massive congratulations, here's to another back-to-back year of extraordinary help and support to the community!

Yele - At this point, not having Yele on the list would be unthinkable — it would be like the end of Tanki itself! Yele has been a part of the community for longer than most of us can remember, and throughout her time, she has accomplished many things. One of her greatest achievements has been training an elite team of Battle Moderators who work tirelessly to keep the game fair by catching violators. None of this would have been possible without Yele and her incredible dedication and hard work. Her contributions have left a lasting impact on the game and its community. Thank you, Yele, for everything you've done. We hope to see you continue making a difference for many more years to come!

Vlad - Vlad is the face of our eSports community. His work ranges from: managing tournaments, matches, and teams; to ensuring that all matches are played fairly; finding and dealing with cheaters, and much more! His contributions to eSports have had a massive impact, especially on the new take of the SPORT format. We truly look forward to what's to come for the future of eSports, and for Vlad himself. Thank you Vlad, and congratulations!

kaisdf - The face of the Tanki Online discord server, kaisdf is one of the veteran administrators who ensures the Tanki discord remains a great place for both new and old players to engage in memorable conversations that help the community grow. Along with managing the SM team, 4.5 years of experience in the Proofreader team has made him an absolute MVP when it fine-tuning texts to maximise quality and clarity of all text and announcements for the game. He readily accepts any task and consistently delivers flawless results, demonstrating his exceptional command of the English language. In addition to this, he helps out with the wiki, using his wide range of game knowledge in answering player reports to keep the wiki up-to-date. He also was briefly responsible for the Game Translations team in its infancy, before passing it on into Sabry's capable hands. He has always been someone to rely on and his enthusiasm makes it a pleasure to work both alongside him and under his management. Congratulations!

chinufire1 - Alongside kaisdf, chinu1 has shown exceptional leadership and dedication both in the Tanki Online discord community, and within the moderation team. He has now comfortably settled into his role as SM admin, and his administrative efforts in the past year have been vital in helping new mods settle in, keeping the discord server organized and enjoyable for all players, and also implementing the ticket system that allows players to report bugs via the discord server. His behind the scenes work has also ensured the other social media platforms remain a welcoming and an inclusive space for all players to seek a community and ask questions, free from those who ruin the positive atmosphere by violating the rules. Thank you for all that you do!

Lennard - The V-LOG is translated into many languages to ensure that as many players as possible can receive the latest updates about the game in their native language. Many dedicated helpers contribute to this amazing initiative, but it is Lennard who leads the entire operation. As the person in charge, Lennard ensures that everything runs smoothly, particularly behind the scenes. His excellent organizational skills and attention to detail play a key role in making sure that all translations are accurate and delivered on time, allowing players worldwide to stay informed and connected.

NikmanGT- NikmanGT is already a well-known figure within the community, whether it's on the forum, Discord, or in-game, you're bound to catch a glimpse of him! A highly dedicated individual, NikmanGT has already starred in several 'Helper of the Year' lists as a Helper. His permanently upbeat attitude, as well as an ever-friendly nature have made him a pleasure to work with - and as of this year, he has stepped up to the role of Proofreader Admin, and these qualities have also made him a joy to work for! His promotion has finally given him the opportunity to showcase his worth in an administrative role, where he has continued to excel. It is under his watchful eye and excellent attention to detail (along with an abundance of gifs) that all texts produced for the game are done so to an impeccable level. Thank you Nikman for all your hard work, and the best of luck with your future admin-ship!

Sabry - Sabry has come a long way since his first days as a helper - he joined the FR Newspaper team way back in November 2020, and ever since he has been a true MVP in the EN community. He really has gone from strength to strength, earning HotMs in a multitude of positions (eSports, Reporter, Social Media, and Contests, just to name a few) - often simultaneously! It is with great pleasure that we congratulate him on his extremely well-deserved promotion to Game Translations admin this year; Sabry was truly instrumental in completing the French translation of the game, and the team will absolutely flourish under his leadership. His contributions are too great to properly reflect here, but of note he has been highly dedicated to moderating the Discord server and answering every question left in the support chat (along with the HelpPing crew he has fostered). Even whilst managing all this work, he never misses a day in eSports tournaments without making an appearance! Thank you Sabry for all the amazing work and memories you've created within the community this year, and congratulations on the well-deserved award!

Ghost - Our Rent a Spec service provides people with the opportunity to get a Spectator to record footage for them. This work is carried out by our awesome spectators, but there is one person with complete control over the entire project. His nickname is Ghost — a hardworking professional who consistently proves his expertise and commitment, time and time again! Not only is Ghost known for his management and organisational skills, he is also a highly likeable person who is always there to support anyone who needs help. Whether it’s guiding the team or using his years of experience to ensure that every detail in a request is captured perfectly, Ghost’s reliability and professionalism make him an invaluable asset. With Ghost in charge, you can always be confident that your footage will be in good hands!

MR_STIFFLER - We're used to seeing Stiffler catching and dealing with game violators as he has done for many years, aiming to keep the gameplay enjoyable for our players! This year though, he took up a major role in the EN community, leading a team dedicated to catching bugs and continuing the journey of improving the game! With that being said, we're happy to see his return in the EN community. Thank you for all your contributions, and a massive congratulations!

 

The Helpers of the Year!

Super_Nickson - As his name states, he is truly super! Without a doubt, he's a key member within the eSports team of Helpers, always on guard to keep our eSports discord clean and improve the community standards! He is a back-to-back Helper of the Year winner, and there's no questions asked on why that would be the case. We appreciate all the work he's done throughout the year and here's to 2025! Congratulations Nickson!

Seraphina - She's more than just an artist, but also a very kind person with a hard-working mindset, and her contribution to the eSports Design Team can clearly demonstrate that. Apart from eSports, she also watches over the Creative League within the English community. There you can explore not only her own unique and wonderful art, but also that of the players of our lovely English community. We strongly recommend you to visit that section of the forum, as you may be fascinated to see what you'll find there. Congratulations to our amazing artist Seraphina, and thank you!

Helax - Helax has truly become a well-known name within the Rent-a-Spec server. His dedication and the passion he pours into every request are nothing short of inspiring. The community is amazed by the commitment he possesses towards his responsibilities and the exceptional responsiveness shown to our valued players. His work ethic serves as an exemplary model for us all. We're incredibly grateful to have him in the team — his kindness and willingness to help are deeply appreciated. A massive congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!

Dopamine - Dopamine, yet another core member of the Proofreaders team, consistently demonstrates a remarkable dedication to maintaining the highest standards of content posted across our news and announcements in the Game. As an exemplary proofreader, he possesses an eagle eye for detail, meticulously identifying and correcting even the most subtle errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation. He ensures that all official communications like Social Media texts, Patch notes, and V-LOGs etc. are presented with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism. We are truly grateful to have Dopamine in our team and wish him luck for the years to come.

Edu_Gamer - After the merger of the Brazilian community, Edu_Gamer kept his high morale and motivation as a Helper and now has a multitude of EN positions now — one of them being a Chat Moderator. The help of his native language and English is a massive play for our moderation team, ensuring not only Portuguese violations are dealt with appropriately, but English ones too. He has contributed equally highly to the Social Media team, providing vital work behind the scenes, answering all manner of questions sent to the FB/Instagram pages, as well as helping in the Portuguese section of the Discord server, helping to translate announcements and moderate chats when needed. He has also been key to the V-LOG translations team, for whom he has translated in Portuguese every video posted on the official YouTube channel, with both exceptional quality and speed. We couldn't thank you enough for your help, and what you've managed to do throughout the year. Congratulations Edu!

Mr.SkiIl - A name familiar to many, Mr. Skiil stands out as a truly exceptional Helper. From a helpful individual to a game-changing Helper, he's one of a kind! You might recognize his name in the community for the amazing videos he shares on YouTube and his deep love for parkour. However when it comes to his responsibilities, he’s always the first to step up and take on demanding tasks — whether it’s managing a photoshoot or spending long hours as a spectator for parkour recordings. His actions consistently live up to his reputation, often completing the majority of requests, reflecting his dedication and respect for his role. His consistent achievements as Helper of the Month gives us reason for why he's worthy of being listed here. We deeply appreciate all the efforts and time he's put in over the year, and for that, we want to congratulate him on earning the Helper of the Year title!

Scientist - Scientist consistently delivers high-quality work as a key member of the Proofreader team and a highly skilled RU > EN translator. He started the year as an eSports official, serving as a key asset for both EN and RU referees thanks to his extensive knowledge of both languages. Additionally, he has played a pivotal role in advancing the eSports team by frequently participating in matches, demonstrating a remarkably high skill level from the very beginning of his candidacy. His contributions to his teams are invaluable, and his dedication to the tasks assigned to him is truly commendable. Whether it's maintaining constant engagement with other proofreaders or promptly taking on both proofreading or translating tasks as they arise, his genuine care for the community is evident through the energy he consistently devotes. Outside of his core responsibilities, Scientist is also known for his great sense of humour and positive personality, making him a pleasure to work with. It's no wonder that this prestigious honour, awarded to him for the second consecutive year, is a testament to his exceptional dedication and unwavering commitment to the community.

Shadow_Error_X - A name you probably haven't seen in a while — but one that's always been watching from the shadows. After making a return to the Helper team, he took on a role as part of our Chat Moderators team. Straight off the bat, he displayed endless resilience in dealing with tough reports from our players. Beyond that, he’s been a fantastic mentor to newer mods, guiding them with patience and expertise, and for that we want to thank him for his outstanding contributions this year. We wish him all the best for 2025, with the hope of seeing his motivation lead to further mentions here in years to come! 

Nocturn - Nocturn stands out as one of our most devoted Chat Moderators, always eager for a challenge and never letting the team down. Having earned the title of Helper of the Year back-to-back, there’s little need to explain why—it’s simply a testament to the consistent excellence Nocturn brings to the table. We truly hope you’ll continue this journey with us for the long run, as you have been amazing in helping nurture our team into what it is today. We'd like to thank you for the tremendous work you've done for the community this year, congratulations! 

programmer - He may not say much, but behind the scenes he's a natural violator catcher. This year has been amazing with programmer on our team. His quick thinking and ability to deal with violations with the utmost professionalism and to the highest of standards is an excellent influence to our moderators and Admins alike. A massive congratulations—here's to another year of outstanding work! 

chinufire - Chinufire has been a crucial part of the Social Media team this year, providing a watchful eye from the sidelines to catch any and all violators in the act, and doing his part to make the server a safer space for everyone! He has dedicated a lot of time to making sure the server runs smoothly, and has also provided a helpful hand in guiding new candidates with what to do when starting out. As of this year, chinufire has also brought his sharp skills to the Testers team, where his expertise in bug hunting and attention to detail have been invaluable. His ability to identify and report issues efficiently has contributed greatly to improving the gameplay experience for everyone. Chinufire’s dedication to excellence and willingness to share his insights with the team have made him an indispensable part of the Testers group. We are thankful for the hard work he has put in, but it does mean chinufire1 has to write something nice about his brother once a year!

xPuma - One of the most active members in the Social Media team, Puma has been dedicated to helping the social media platforms in any way he can. He started the year as a Spanish moderator, helping moderate the ES chats in the Discord server, but has since joined the EN side of the team as well. He has quickly become a friendly face to all, and his presence has helped catch many potential rulebreakers. He has become a truly invaluable asset to the Social Media team, and we want to use this opportunity to show our appreciation for his commitment to the community, and his dedication to making the Tanki Online Discord Server a better place for players, new and old!

Who_Is_NexT - This exceptional helper is one of the most trustworthy members of the Game Translation team. He always upholds the highest standards and ensures that translation quality is never compromised and goes above and beyond to bring happiness and positivity inside the team. In addition to his role as a Game Translator, he has stepped up to join the Chat Moderation team following the merge of the Polish and English communities; he was responsible for Polish violations in the past, and his knowledge of the language has allowed him to have a massive positive impact on our team. His high level of fluency in English and Polish has also expanded his horizons into another position within the Content Helper team, translating the V-LOGs into his native language to make sure as many people as possible can benefit from them. We thank him dearly for his efforts, and would like to congratulate him on all his accomplishments through the year!

Dynasty - You may have seen him in the Chat, on Social Media, and even on the Forum, but he has also worked hard in the background translating the game into French. His work has always been appreciated, and he has made amazing contributions when it came to helping with the Game Translator position. The first translated in-game missions in French are thanks to him! Along with translating the game into French, he's been a massive help within the Chat Moderation team. Thanks to his bilingual ability, he is able to filter the chat for both English and French violations, ensuring the chat is as safe as possible for all who want to use it. There is absolutely no doubt that he deserves to be on the board of honours of Helpers of the Year 2024. Thank you Dynasty!

emrakul - Emrakul is one of our top wiki editors who always ensures the parameter changes from the patch notes are always well implemented on the wiki. He always engages with the other editors, offering assistance on what they may have missed, or guidance where they have struggled with MediaWiki! We appreciate his commitment to accuracy and clarity on the wiki. His contributions and incredible wealth of game knowledge have made our wiki a valuable resource for many players, and so it is without a doubt that we say he deserves a spot on the list of Helpers of the Year 2024!

Bartson74 - Bartson74's strong work ethics and dedication are evident in the time and effort he consistently invests in his duties and responsibilities. Ever since he was hired as a Wiki EN RU translator, he not only translated texts from the RU wiki, he also went above and beyond, contributing to the wiki team by offering suggestions and input on editing. He doesn't just translate for the wiki, he's also a dedicated RU > EN translator working side-by-side with the Proofreaders team. He plays a crucial role in translating the texts from Russian to the English language, and his accurate and fluent translations contribute significantly to a more inclusive and enjoyable gaming experience for all. We are lucky to have him as a valued translator, and wish to thank him for all the hard work and dedication over the year!

Dumbledore6969 - Without any doubt, a fantastic pick for the prestigious Helper of the Year status! He started as an Administrator for another locale before joining the Game Translations team and in that time he has displayed outstanding professionalism, consistently ensuring translations are always completed on time and to a high quality. Additionally, having previously served as a Forum Moderator in the Polish community, Dumbledore continues to dedicate his time to the Forum, but this time he can be seen keeping the violators in check and contributing to the EN Forum, where his love for the platform can be seen through his amazing work and dedication. Thank you Dumbledore, for your dedication and hard work! You truly deserve the title of HOTY 2024!

Grave - Yet another helper that truly deserves to be called a helper of the year. Grave joined the team last year, but ever since has shown an incredible amount of professionalism (and a hidden talent for old French translations)! His humour never fails to amaze the team, but it is thanks to his hard work that you can see him on the list. The cherry on the cake — if you see the game translated in French, there's a good chance it's thanks to him! Along with his colleagues, he has translated a truly astonishing 13,872 words for the game! As well as translating the game itself, Grave joined the V-LOG Translators team where he has worked tirelessly to translate official videos into French to make them as accessible as possible, and viewers have been left stunned by his amazing translations. It's safe to say he is one of the most valuable helpers within the helper community and has some excellent potential. Thank you Grave for your work, and we hope to see your name here in future years! 

squirrellover - If you need some text or an announcement to be checked in the final stages, or have it polished with the utmost precision, Better Call squirrellover! He has consistently delivered high-quality proofreading throughout the year whenever required, ensuring all content is presented professionally. On the wiki team he's the top editor, contributing an outstanding 1,034 edits this year. He always handles wiki reports from players and works tirelessly to make sure the wiki is error- and bug-free. His overall dedication and enthusiasm towards his responsibilities have been nothing but an exemplary demonstration of his character, for which we are proud to award him the Helper of the Year title!

fjrenke - When the Broadcasting Team is mentioned, one name that consistently stands out is fjrenke's. Over the past year, Renkie's unwavering determination has been impressive and inspiring for many other Helpers. It is with great pleasure that we include him on this exclusive list. We have only the highest of hopes for what more he can achieve. With time comes greatness, and you have exemplified that for us in every way. For all that he has contributed and achieved throughout the year, we extend our heartfelt thanks. Congratulations on becoming Helper of the Year for 2024! 

Legendarni - With unmatched dedication, Legendarni has proven to be an indispensable part of the team this year. She has translated every single V-LOG into Czech without missing a single one. Thanks to her efforts, Czech players can enjoy the V-LOGs in their own language and stay fully informed about everything happening in Tanki Online. Beyond her passion for translation, she has thrived this year as an enthusiastic Chat and Battle Moderator behind the scenes, ensuring that violations in either category don't go unnoticed under her watch. Her hard work and commitment are truly an inspiration to us all!

K4n - This year, k4n has demonstrated incredible dedication by ensuring that every single V-LOG was translated into Spanish. His hard work has allowed Spanish-speaking players to stay connected with the latest updates and enjoy the V-LOGs in their native language. K4n’s consistency and commitment have made a significant impact on the community, and we are truly grateful for his efforts!

Walking.Dead - Walking.Dead has proven to be an exceptional translator, ensuring that every V-LOG was translated into Lithuanian this year. Not only did he translate every single video, but he also consistently delivered them with unmatched speed, making him the fastest translator on the team. Thanks to his incredible work ethic, Lithuanian players have been able to enjoy the V-LOGs promptly in their native language. His dedication is truly remarkable, and we deeply appreciate his contributions!

ZivOfficial - ZivOfficial has been a vital member of the translation team, ensuring that the V-LOGs were accessible to the Hebrew-speaking community. His dedication and precision have allowed players who speak Hebrew to fully enjoy and understand the latest updates in Tanki Online. ZivOfficial’s hard work has significantly enriched the experience for many players, and we are incredibly grateful for his contributions!

Mr.Fox - Mr.Fox has shown outstanding dedication by ensuring that every single V-LOG this year was translated into Arabic. His commitment has allowed Arabic-speaking players to stay informed and enjoy the V-LOGs in their native language. We are incredibly thankful for Mr.Fox's hard work for his invaluable contributions!

Spicy_Crabs - Spicy_Crabs has been an essential part of the translation team, bringing the V-LOGs to life for our Chinese-speaking community. Thanks to his tireless dedication and strict attention to detail, Chinese players have been able to stay informed and fully enjoy the latest updates in their native language. Spicy_Crabs’ hard work has made a huge difference this year, and we deeply appreciate his invaluable contributions to the community!

Mr.Alfi002 - Alfi started the year as the Rent-a-Spec admin but chose to step down for personal reasons. This decision, however, did not affect his determination to support the team. He has remained active throughout the year, helping the community with their content ideas. With tons of experience as a former YouTuber and parkour enthusiast, Alfi always knows the perfect angle for every shot—whether it's recording parkour tricks for up-and-coming clubs or helping tankers celebrate a new rank. He is always readily available to lend a helping hand! His selflessness and dedication to both the team and the community haven't gone unnoticed, which is why he absolutely deserves to make this list!

Failed - Failed is exceptionally skilled within his department. When showcasing his artwork, it's always of the highest quality for our eSports team! Undoubtedly talented, he excels at meeting deadlines and delivering outstanding designs. He's a person to idolize when it comes to Tanki Online designs and gathering knowledge on how to improve. If you've ever had an interest in this field, he's the perfect source of inspiration! Congratulations, Failed—we are truly excited to see what the future holds for your journey within the team!

Marekos1111 - Marekos1111 is a highly respected and well-known figure across the entire community. From his legendary eSports days to his unforgettable times at several leading parkour clubs and even during his time as an administrator, Marekos has done it all! Currently, Marekos holds the positions of both a Forum Moderator and a V-LOG Translator. For the former, he has been working hard year-round, moderating to keep the forum a safe space for all. For the latter, he has been committed to translating all of the V-LOGs this year to Slovak, ensuring that news is available to as many players as possible! He's still dedicating time to the community with the same passion and professionalism he had on his first day! We're all grateful for having you in the team and wish for you to stay for many years to come!

1st - 1st's devotion to the Helper team has left us in awe with the excellence he has displayed, both in his former position as a Forum Moderator and now as a Chat Moderator. If you need someone to rely on to get the job done — it's definitely him! Besides the ability to rack up countless hours under his name, he's also earned a massive amount of respect and and deserves this title after his endless efforts to keep the chat a well-kept haven for players to engage with one another. We greatly appreciate all the work he's done and we hope his name will feature again in this list in future. Congratulations!
