fps drop (it's not just me?)

 Share

Question

Recently, I’ve started to notice a significant fps drop on large maps with a high number of players, although in Zombie mode my fps was fine. That made me think that the drop wasn’t caused by the number of players, but rather by the large number of mines and the flying effects of Scorpion rockets. Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

I had, too many objects trying to be processed! Possibly lowering your graphics quality + closing other programs would help to improve performance a bit, else upgrading your computer (but that would be an expensive approach but useful)

@CY95v Hi, is the above answer satisfactory? Can we close this topic?

If you are using Windows 11, there is an easy fix to get decent FPS (it always depends on the graphics card). System > display>related settings>graphics. Add Tanki Online, then select High Performance from the list. Another simple fix is to lower your graphics quality. If you play from a browser again, the same approach as the first option, but instead of Tanki Online, choose your selected browser.  @Bullock69

I've already done this on windows 10 and lowering graphics quality is not an excuse for poor game optimization. But thanks for you help anyway!
