Is there a way to know if my account was deleted?

I had 2 accounts, abandonned them both aproximately at the same time (around 2020) so i just decided to see if they still existed, and one of them is fine, but the other is inaccessible.

I already sent a ticket to support, but looking for account migrations or deletions i found there was a huge purge like 18 months ago, but i find it strange that only 1 of the accounts appears to have been deleted. Is there anything else to it?

Did you try to check your account in the ratings page?  https://ratings.tankionline.com/en/

Type the name of the account here and see if it still shows something. If you do find a profile, then you can message Tanki Support to get it back.

i am also facing the same problem  my account was also deleted i dont know what to doo plz tanki bring my account back i worked hard on that account it was of legend rank

did you log in that account least once in 2024? if not your account is mostly terminated

because according to this article  any account that was inactive for more than a year (or 3 if you bought TKs) your account is removed for good.

@kpoBBEPITO2 @scales i think i was just inactive for just 4 to 5 months not a whole year yet my accout is terminated can you tell me how i can restore my accout?

you either mistyped your account/name password or it got stolen, since it take 365 days of inactivity (in a row) for that case

if you can prove your ownership to that account contract tech support
