How long the shop will be open? How the additional points added to the contract? Is it by finishing the daily contract?

The shop will open right after the last mission is completed : approx 1 day, 9 hours from this post 
The shop closes at : 2 AM UTC on February 19th

By additional points if you mean the daily added points as per your faction ? Then you get them each day a few minutes after the server restart based on your factions standing.
But to get these points to your account you must complete the daily team contract mission that appears on the special section in missions. 
You can also buy points using rubies and crystals from the event website but do it before the 19th Feb 2AM UTC

When you visit the event website, you will see what team you are on. You get the points according to that.

if you complete a mission, you become "eligible" to get points. How many points you get, depends upon what position your team gets. if you team gets high position, you get more points and vice versa. However, if you dont complete a mission, you dont get any points regardless of your team's position.

I completed a mission today. When I checked the points, it was same as yesterday. When the points gets added? next day?

yes, your point only be added at the end of day.

The last mission I completed it, and I am in Rico puff. I did not receive the last 100 coins I was supposed to receive. not showing in my event page.
