When are you going to fix bot juggernaut 
and when are you going to fix bot's

They make a big impact on the game 
fixing them will help the game

That sounds more like a question to the developers. I don't think any player can tell you when the bot Juggernaut and bots will be fixed. I guess the only way to find out is to ask a question under QtD topic and wait for it to be answered in V-LOG or Youtube Shorts in EN Youtube Channel. And also wait for it to be fixed.

Plus elaborate what do you mean by "fixing". For example "Reprogram the bots so that when they are Juggernauts, they will adopt a defensive play style and when they have less that 10 or 20% of HP and have their Overdrive ready to active, they will use it". I'm pretty sure you would've mention fact that they begin to attack enemy base without any retreat and die there quickly. Or for example "If they have 50% or less of HP, they will play a defensive style, and when above -  offensive one". I guess it might help developers with "fixing" bots when they become a Juggernaut a bit.
