Unjustified Account Block

I’m writing this with genuine frustration and disappointment after exhausting every possible way to resolve this issue privately.

My Tanki Online account (username: drag0) has been banned for allegedly using hacks. I want to state this as clearly and firmly as possible — I have never used any hacks, cheats, or unauthorized software at any point. This accusation is completely false.

I returned to this game as an old player because I trusted it and genuinely enjoyed playing. I invested both my money and a significant amount of time into my account. Seeing it taken away like this, without proof, is honestly disheartening.

I have emailed support multiple times trying to resolve this calmly. However, all I receive are repeated generic responses claiming there is “confirmation” of violations — without a single piece of actual evidence or explanation.

There has been:

  • No proof provided
  • No logs or details shared
  • No transparency about what I supposedly did

Only repeated statements with no accountability.

What makes this even more concerning is that I am not alone. I have come across other players facing similar bans without proper evidence. This raises serious concerns about possible errors or false positives in the system.

Right now, it feels like I am being judged without proof and ignored despite repeated attempts to communicate. Being labeled as someone who used hacks when I know I played fairly is extremely frustrating and discouraging.

If your system flagged my account, then it is clearly a mistake. I did not use hacks.

I am requesting:

  1. A proper and unbiased re-evaluation of my account
  2. Clear and concrete evidence of the alleged violation
  3. Accountability in how this decision was made

I want my account to be properly reviewed and unbanned, as this action has been taken in error.

I hope this post reaches someone who can take this seriously and correct this mistake.
