Map: Fly Test?

In Test Server, I saw the map "Fly Test" or something like that (you know the one: the huge one with no cover that even recruits could play in).

 

I dunno, but: will this map ever come into main server? i mean, it looks like an absolutely awesome map, the type of map I would absolutely love: no cover whatsoever and very big, so that only people with Skills can win, not people who hide behind buildings cowardly. (I had great hopes for Carousel, but...... alas)

 

I'm asking this, because: a lot of other maps have come into main server from test, but not fly test, despite fly test being in test for so long. So I'm asking about this.

 

And if it won't come into main for some reason, then can a mapmaker make a similar map?

That map is to test the "flying ability" of tanks. Many people wanted to know if their tanks would make the jump of the ramp is this high and the barrier or cliff is this high. Also, the map helps map makers when they are making ramps and they only want Hornets, or maybe even only M3 Viking to make it all the way.

and by pointless he means its only for hornets no other tanks will like it for fun more than likely and not it wasnt designed for pvp so not much fun thier for others of us.

maybe so..... but the concept is amazing. Like I said, I personally (and I'm sure a few other people would agree) would absolutely love a huge map such as that with absolutely no cover whatsoever. That's why I totally loved carousel and why I hoped for "Fly Test" to become a real map in the main server. Would it be possible for a mapmaker to pick up on it?

I am not sure why you think hiding behind something is lame. Maybe it is because you can't time the shot to hit them when they come out of hiding?

 

Honestly though, desert is pretty much an open map. a few walls, but pretty wide open near the flags so just go shoot people there if actually using skill to hit targets when they come out from behind a wall is too much for you.

It's not lame, just i would like one map, just one, with no cover. No cover. No cover. Not like desert, which is only pretty open. I want No cover.

 

So fly test has some features in it, but they are not cover. You cannot hide in Fly Test. C'mon, just one map with no cover? One map?

To be honest, I find the Testing Ground Map more fun. But I hate Big Props map.
