Connection Failed

[Thunder.Crash 4]

I have been trying to get in tankionline for last three days but it doesnt load. Every time its appearing connection failed error. It seems like my network connection is not responding to any of the servers in flash player. I have checked my internet connection and its working perfect. Then i have disabled firewalls, cleared the browser and flash cache, tried with different browsers but still the same. What can i do?

Usually this means that connections on port 5222 are blocked somewhere (presumably on your firewall/router, or maybe your provider blocks them).

Check the firewall settings or contact the provider.

As Ippi said, Check if the port is open or not, if it's open and you still cant go through, try cleaning your flash cache by following this link:

You can either look for tankionline.com in the list or Delete all sites, doesn't make much difference. ))

 

 

PS, I prefer removing the flash cache, if it doesn't work. Then you can try doing the technical work.

Oh, I must clarify that I meant outgoing connections, not incoming ones.
