I was playing madness in a team match with few players, my team mate started shooting at me and doing damage, however when I shot back at him I did not cause any damage.

 

He had a smokey Mk 2 and a wasp Mk 2 - I have a rail gun Mk 3 and a Dictator Mk 3 and Alien Paint. he did not have any double power or double Armour active

 

Before he started shooting at me we were both at full health and it took him a long time to kill me, I was not shot buy the other team at all.

 

I should have destroyed him in a shot or two but nothing AT ALL his health remained full, he was just shooting away and reducing my health.

 

How can this be?

Actually it's imbossible. I think that you were shooting over him :)

Anyway it was possible to shoot over him because you have dictator :)

Your tank is taller. In a match, with friendly fire, your railgun does not drop to hit smaller tanks if they are on your team. Because he had a smaller tank, he could hit you, but you could not hit him due to your taller tank.

move forward,

Move backward just when you are about to shoot,

Is that breaking a rule? It's a trick to shoot enemies lower/above than you.

I suspect that some players are using hacking programs to be most difficult to be destroyed. (Just a hypothesis).
