well 1st of all no.

 

reason 1 bein dat u have to PAY and this game is free if u choose so (as in if u wanna buy)

reason 2 bein dat we can just type our commands, responds, and etc

yea and ingame mic would be a good idea, probably better than skype and teamspeak. but i would use the chat and the new preset chat commands comming in 2.0 because lag might seriously do some in game harm if you actually listening to the person barking orders implementaion for coding, and reliability is another thing their using google translate for chat in 2.0 maybe they can use another free mic service for integration as well?
