My rank is away

Hey,

 

I had the rank after corporal. (Sorry, forgot it, chief corporal or something). But abrupty the rank was away.. After the update! Now my rank is corporal.. I had buy a twins canon when i was chief korporal. but now i have still twins cannon fire, while you can buy them only at chief corporal. can the admin give the rank back please :-) Sorry for my bad english, but i am young.

Harsh, it often happens though. Normally the points you lost will come back eventually sooner or later... hope they come back soon :D

Happened to me like 3 times already. I didn't wait, just joined te battle, and got the 100 points remaining to rank up(again)...

I just hope that i don't lose XP, and then, not noticing it. I notice, if i am De-Ranked, but i don't if i lose some XP...

My friends MEIF and Luap77 got the same bug when they rank up, they lose the rank when they disconnect

I have the same problem. I have shooten +- 250 points today but every time i log out, my points went back to 1103 :( What's the problem of this?

Can you guys stop this? I have answered this question three times already (or something like three times!). You probably will get your XP back soon, within a day. If it doesn't come back, email help@tankionline.com although I doubt they would care unless it's over 2000 XP or so, as smaller amounts are too trivial to really matter
