100 crystals box top rankers show up

How come in any long battle, when it comes to the 100 crystal box dropping.

Lots of high ranking players suddenly show up?

As soon as the box drops they disapear again.

How do they know when to join without knowing the battle score?

Seems unfair to those who have been in the battle for hours.

I can only agree. Another similar problem is when they show up in a game that has been going on for some time (for instance CTF game that lasts for 2 hours) - and high ranking players show up, all join the losing team and finish the game in 30 mins, taking most of crystals with them. I call that hijacking games - it happens very often.

 

Only current way to stop this is to join games that cannot be joined by much higher ranked players than yourself.

True, Use those ranking restrictions. They are there for that reason.

 

Also, all they want to do is get the most Gold Boxes. Like scarz. :P

One time i was playing with a person my rank in a madness map and he told me 2161 or something like that...

It's easy..they don't know...they just assume :mrgreen:

 

For example, in a Highland map battle with a 200 kills restriction and with some decent high rank players in it, the gold box will always drop at the end, when the top players are starting to reach the kill limit, because in this kind of battle, the fund will almost always reach over 710-720. Some of the so blamed high rank players are just specialized in this kind of job. They just sit and watch those pretty long games from the lobby until they get a free spot or they just crawl through the servers in search of these kind of opportunities. However, I don't see the "legal" issues here. In the worst case scenario, it's only a moral issue..but come on...we're in a game, kill or be killed, you don't expect all the players to have too many thoughts about stealing the fund or not if there's an opportunity, do you?

 

If it makes you any happy, I don't usually do this. I join battles and start from the bottom when there is already a big gap between me and the top players in matter of kills. It's harder that way and more fun. I don't use drugs unless others use and also, I don't hunt for gold boxes..if I get it, it's ok, if not, I don't care. There's some luck part involved in this process so why bother?:)

Can't say it bothers me about the box. I never bother with it (pointless). Although it does bother me when all the team get so obseesed with getting the box they lose the flag and the game. :roll:

 

Just found it strange that top rankers suddenly joined and left. I think its a bit more than assume, Ive seen many a time they join 700-750 battle fund. Maybe it can be calculated from the lobby score. As I say they shouldnt be able to see the battle bank. Unless a mod :wink:

 

Joining games enmass late in the battle, drugged to hell is another thing.

Maybe a time restricted join battle option.

Look at the battle fund.
