Hello! On the map, which gives 50% discount when you buy Chris, I bought the crystals. Reserve for 2.0)))) And now I see that there will be some rubies, supposedly needed for modifications m3.

 

Questions:

1. Will rubies only currency to pay for modifications m3?

2. Can I be crystals of a ruby?

3. whether the crystals were bought in this version, Tanks and not spent, transferred to the rubies (at the appropriate rate?).

If Im correct you need RUBYS for any M3 modification.

ikr. No, just kidding. I think it would completely cheesify the game if there were second currencies, as others have posted above. I like the 50 and 100 crystal boxes how they are. (they kind of serve a similar purpose)

Nothing new under the Sun - just another game joins the Pay-2-Win bandwagon.

The problem is not the new currency of rubies available only for real money and that M3 modification will be paid. That is OK - the game needs real money to evolve.

The problem is the unprecedented GREED of the game developers.

Concurrently I play a game where I paid 20$ for the equivalent of 4(four) M3 top weapons, costing 5$ each. In comparison, I should have spent ~ 400$ for a M3 armor + three M3 guns to get these weapons at Tanki. So I agreed to spend there 20$, but would never ever spend 400$ for your game. And I prefer to play 20 different games, spending 20$ for each of it, instead paying 400$ for just one game.

In addition, if there is no reasonable exchange rate of crystals to rubies, this will be the beginning of the end of this game.

Believe it or not, but your GREED will ruin this nice game.

I heard that some % of crystals will be transferred to rubies after account transition to 2,0. The higher your rank the more % will be.

There was some leaks but info was not final. For example thunder m3 cost 10 crystals and 3000 ruby. As i have said that info is from alfa version of 2,0 and it can be changed many times before release. There is no official info about that.

It is already getting confusing...

 

Considering you might get 10 rubies if you are 'thunder God' - i doubt you need 3000 to get to M3.

so achievements unlocks rubys or pay alot of money for them. this is likely to keep the majority of m-3 players down and no telling about risky upgrades.

but now i can see a new problem people only joing games to get thier achievements for m-3 and not helping the team out, o i hope open beta is much different than what we all currently are hearing.

Since most players with M3 equipment for Tier 2 weapons/tanks were buyers in 1.0, I don't see how this will keep down the number of M3's in 2.0....except for the fact of ruining the game for non-buyers, since we will be excluded for M3 Smokey/Firebird/Rail/Isida/etc.

Rubies might not be only buyers. We do not know how much we get for achievements, after all. So we cannot know for sure yet, until Thursday....
