When I first tried Tankionline, I registered with a old E-mail adress and now I want to change my pass cuz loads of people are hacking into my account?

Please help me change my E-mail from my old one to my new one? I've already E-mailed help@tankionline.com but they just keep sending it to me saying a link has been sent to your E-mail... it's really annoying..

Maybe you signed up to your superkid33 account with a different email...

The E-Mail will be sent to the account which you used to sign up. Not the one which you are trying to switch your account over, to.

But thats not the point, my old E-mail I have no access since it is my old E-mail and I don't use it anymore. Thats why I'm trying to get it to change it to my new account. How do I do it?

coz mine is and i use forum coz over here the hacker hasnt cheked coz i "Log Me In When I Enter"

so wen i click lost call sign it tells me to wright my email

i have also clicked on the Change Password and Email tab after two people, The_Ice_Dragon and Mini1302, hacked into my account somehow and are spreading the pass, now hundreds of people are loggin into my account, you may think tht im someone else trying to get the pass, but is there any admin or mod tht can trace my IP adress, to see tht i am the real Queenz, and i only have 2 email accounts tht i use, and the message isn't being sent to any of them, Please help me someone, i've spent nearly 1k on this game, and i don't want to lose it cuz a buncha kids are pissed at me. :( :(

NO WORRIES, ice dragon/mini's attempts were in vain, i got my account back, ty for all ur support guys :), and admins, can u please ban their IP adresses, because they have been spreading passwords, which we do not kno how they figured out, their names once again are:
