You should have limited posting rights. Something like a total of 3 posts/month. As for making new topics, you should be able to do that only under strict supervision by other Mods and by filling a "Make new topic" request that should be approved and voted by every single Mod in this game. It is my honest opinion and I see no reason to lie about it.

 

Other interesting ideas that you might use when composing topic titles:

"I've hit my head on the wall and now it hurts, what should I do?"

"I have five fingers on my right hand. You think that's normal?" -> this one goes well with a poll

"The rain falls, birds fly and clouds are in the sky"

"Each night I go to sleep. What's wrong with me?"

 

and so on... sky is the limit. Let your imagination go wild.
