How do people leave to change a weapon, then come back into the game and their score is still saved?

Okay this is how they do it you open another tab/window then say you were playing in server 1 you have to open tanki again server 2 or any other server except 1 then change your weapon but you will roughly have 3-5 minutes before they remove you from battle but anyway then you reload the page (server 1) then close the other tab/window and there you go. :P hope I helped.

i switch to server 2, equip weaps, and click da arrow on da rite top to go back to meh game, probaly barely a minute

I roughly get around 5 because they kick you from battle due to inactive..

You will lose one life not live lol your death count will go up by 1 so if u died 43 times it goes to 44.
