Each kill: goes up. Each death: goes down, but not by the amount it goes up per kill.

rating goes up or down comparing on you K/D in battles (most the time) it mostly depends on who u kill also if u kill noobs with under 300k rating u have 10k rating u can get 100 kills and 0 deaths rating maybe go up by 1 lolz so.....

Not really.... If you kill some 1 with the worst rating u have the best.... u dont go up.. it goes up or down comparing on ur enemys rating of whom u killed...

Yes but isn't HOF postion your rating cause by your callsign it says ur rating when u use to click HOF (WHEN IT WORKED) it showed the number...

Position in HoF depends of rating.

If you have higher rating, you have higher position in HoF.

Hof uses Points, which are gained by killing and ranking up, Tanks Destroyed in career, times Lost, Wealth, i.e. the crystals u bought/earned and the ratio. All count equally.
