Private message alert box

Hi guys,

I think that whenever a private message is sent to a player, a message box alerting the recipient should appear when him/her logs onto his/her game account. The message box would be like the typical messages devs send out when a change has been made to the game, or an announcement is made. The message could appear before or after the Daily Bonus. I think this change to the game would make reaching some players a lot easier. I send some pms, but the recipients never reply because they simply don't bother to check this forum. However, if this change was to be made, the recipient would know someone is sending them a message, and thus provide the incentive to check their inbox. This would also make organizing events, such as clan wars and trainings, tournaments, etc. easier to coordinate.

This is a game, not an IM or PM service. The rest of the world playing uses Skype for that.

 

As for the Private Messages, they are in 2.0 and yes, you can send offline messages. :mrgreen:

They Already Send A Link To You If You Have A Registered E-Mail.

no, they already give a indication on the top of the page and a pop out box would be a lil intrusive, sides i think i speak for everyone here, i would prefer them to work on tankionline 2.
