But I remember precisely that when I have sent the message on number 1315, the answer to me have not come. The balance of phone has smoothly fallen on 114 with superfluous roubles.

I purchased 2400 crystals for $19.73 US currency by way of Rixty. My account on Rixty was charged $19.73 but no crystals were added to my tanki account. I can take screen shots from the Rixty website if necessary to prove purchase. I also have the Rixty transaction Id if that is needed. I did this right after a server update so I don't know if that affected anything or not.

Greetings, yesterday, i tried to purchase crystals via sms,portugal,tmn, i sent two sms, the first were 107 crystals, and the second time were 47, i´ve spent 3€...

I´ve reported the bug two times...

I just added $3.84 worth of crystals to my account and got $10.00 worth of crystals for my brother. I don't know if it is a delay of a glitch that takes this long but I would appreciate it if my brother and I could get our crystals and if I could be answered as to why it takes so long to get crystals from my purchase. Thanks

 

EDIT: Both purchases were by way of Rixty. Again, I can take screen shots if need be of the purchase. My brother's screen name is Mspike10 and I can have him post here if need be.

Last night i sent 3 SMS's to TankiOnline. 2 ordering 153 crystals to 19904321 with the name Sniiperino. And 1 ordering 336 to 19767493 with the name iNubCake.

After i sent i got 3 replies, saying the money was charged, but nothing came up after that. Usually it says account iNubCake has been charged with 336 crystals.

The same happened with Sniiperino.

I've SMS'd about 2000 crystals before and i've received them all. This is the first time.

Please charge the crystals to my account.

This sometimes happens due to problems appearing in aggregator's system. As a rule, the problem can be easily solved.

 

As a result of bug report cancelling, payment problems are now sent from payment section of the game. To solve the problem you have to report about it pressing "Report" in the right left corner of the game menu, then - fill in the form: enter the nick to which you did the payment, choose payment system, indicate date of the payment ane email for connection. To report other details fill in "comment" field.

You can also describe the problem in this thread.

Do not report passwords, telephone numbers, account numbers or any other confidential info here. Such data should be sent to help@tankionline.com with the mark “Payment problem”.

 

Remember! try to indicate all the details of the payment - it will help to solve the problem much quicker.

i haven't bought crystals yet, but when i try to it doesn't work, the link from 2pay.ru to the site it uses when u click confirm doesnt work, it says there is a problem
