I have now sent approx. 15 emails with all the information of the payment system and wait for 4 days already to get the 11943 crystals I have paid for! :(

Don't ask me to provide all the information again, neither tell me that something or I handled wrong.

We ALL know that already!

Please, is there someone at the admin team who can add my 11943 crystals manually to my account or otherwise refund my money so I can try to buy the crystals again?

Now the technical the problem:

I am from Slovakia. And sometimes I have the problem with sending a message. . . supposedly normal message I sent about 20 times and it fascinated me credit mound of money but I did not get any crystals I am desperate.

 

Now enhanced by:

Could you have this bug that I wrote to correct me and make up for damage that was caused by me that is the return of 1740 crystals which I have paid over the 20 SMS.

And for € 1.33 you could make the crystals more than only 87! For the € 1.33 you could make 130 crystals to make it worth at least a little!

This sometimes happens due to problems appearing in aggregator's system. As a rule, the problem can be easily solved.

 

As a result of bug report cancelling, payment problems are now sent from payment section of the game. To solve the problem you have to report about it pressing "Report" in the right left corner of the game menu, then - fill in the form: enter the nick to which you did the payment, choose payment system, indicate date of the payment ane email for connection. To report other details fill in "comment" field.

You can also describe the problem in this thread.

Do not report passwords, telephone numbers, account numbers or any other confidential info here. Such data should be sent to help@tankionline.com with the mark “Payment problem”.

 

Remember! try to indicate all the details of the payment - it will help to solve the problem much quicker.

I live Estonia. My username tankionline kirp1. I ordered crystals by SMS (total 7 or 8) (radiolinja now Elisa). 1 sms had to pay 2.50 Euro (238crystals) , but cost ~3.2 Euro. WHY???

On the 22th of february I paid with the creditcard to get cristals. The sum was 7.32 €, but I did'nt get any cristals. The abovementioned sum was taken from my card.

Hi on saturday i get a doubler cristals and so i buy cristal 60 Dollars, i must be charge with 12884 cristal but i only got 6442. i paid it by rixty card i send a message to their support and the told me the paid was done. i wanna know how to clain the others cristal left can you help me with that?

Are you sure that at the moment of payment you had double crystal card? She works only 24 hours.
