aiuchi and netcode, lag meter

I open this post to ask the devs specially about aiuchi in the game, aiuchi meanss when both parties strike(or kill) themselves at the same time, i've seen this happen A LOT and a lot of cases when it shouldn't have been, explicitly: an enemy kills me AFTER i shot him dead(i see his ruined tank model and POOF i'm dead, i know my reload is faster than his last shot but i end up dead anyway)

 

when this happens on a very short time i can understand it, but it has happened to me with ~1s delay which makes it very annoying.

 

is this a netcode problem?, a design decision?

 

another thing, a ping meter would be awesome as well
