it happen with me i solve it when it appear just click right click on the screen and choose globel setting then chose local storage setting by site then press remove when remove is done it's gana enter the site like it the first time u enter "but u have an account now "&god luck trying :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Emptying your Flash Player's cache solves the problem - but only temporary. After I while the problem will return (well it returned here at least), and you can do it all over again. However, I find it interesting, that if try loading a map you haven't played on before (I mean not after you cleared the cache) it will load successfully. In my opinion the only reason for this is that the map files are corrupted (broken). I might be wrong (let's hope I'm) but I couldn't come up with any other reasonable idea.

 

One uncomfortable consequence of this (besides clearing the cache over and over) that the loading times will increase again, which leads us to another problem, namely the "ghosts". By "ghosts" I mean those tanks whose resources are loaded partially only (their names are shown in grey). I think you all know what that means: suddenly the half of your hull is missing, you can't see the flag when a "ghost" has taken it etc.

 

I hope the developers will fix this problem soon, so we can enjoy the game again.

After trying every possible way to eliminate this bug (?), I came to the following conclusion:

first I clear the flash player's cache, and enable the local storage for Tanki. At this point I can join any track I want to. Actually, this is possible as long as you haven't closed the flash session you started after clearing the cache. However, if you try joining a map you've played on before from another session the bug appears.

Here's a simple flow chart for illustration:

Clear the cache
  ↓
Start Tanki
  ↓
Play on a map (Hill)
  ↓
Play on another map (Combe)
  ↓
Play on the first map again (Hill)
  ↓
Exit
  ↓
Reopen Tanki
  ↓
Try playing on (Hill)
  ↓
Gray background
