Test server - Security violation?

I tried to play on test server using adobe debugger version, then i get the following message: Loading error. error #2048 - Security area violation: http://test.tankionline.com/AlternativaLoader.swf?tankionline.com/config&lang=en cant load information from http://undefined?rnd=0.23119974369

Help me please

The idea is that, for security reasons, an application loaded into flash player from domain x, can't be able to load content from domain y, unless the domain y gives it special permissions. Probably because test server has been off, the tankionline application loaded into flash player hasn't got a valid server address from the test server to load the required content in. Therefore it throws an error "i am not allowed to loaded content from this invalid server location, because it doesn't allow me to". Off course, a wrong server address can't have the required cross domain policy file in it for tanki application!
