lol a gun that dont shoots but only a shield if u shot it lets say its a 100 hp take it will reflect 75 hp at your self best with hornet cant killl for a good 10 second if u shot if when i runs m3 hornet m0 of that and -------------- :?: :?: :shock: :shock: was that a tank then out of the blue it says YOUR FLAG HAS BEEN TAKE a second later OUR TEAM FLAG WAS CAPTURED :shock: :shock: :?: :?: :-o :-o :-o :-o lol 999 ctf in only 999 seconds lol thats 16 .5 seconds like the hacker that got 999 kills is 45minutes-90minutes :wink: thats a hour and a half for a certain person

Shaft isn't bad. You just need practice using it and getting used to the scope. After that, it's pretty easy.

When your playing shaft, Dont go out in the map cause that would be: Stupid,Free EXP for enemies, a FAIL move, you become useless.

 

With shafts scope, It cant hit anything out of its scope range, and its pretty hard to hit enemies right infront of you cause lets see... ALOT of us dont have the crystals for it to upgrade to M3 and make it turn and charge faster.

Though its damage is very high when you charge up, but you haveto charge a long time for that.

Maybe shooting through walls was an intention, but it was just too complicated to code into the game, who knows. It does damage on multiple target though, just like railgun.

works for me, just jump in a battle against better players with an average team. See how it works for you then.

 

You may get kills, may have a K/D ration over 1, but you will probably do very little to help stop the attack once it is coming at you.

FYI, it does shoot through walls. Just did it in camp. Freaked me out, didn't think it worked.

I played a Kungur game yesterday, and this guy with what I believe to be m2 shaft, shot at the corner of the building which I was hiding behind and it went through, surviving with 6hp!

Maybe it can't shoot through walls, but I know for a fact that it went through the corner of the building and it wasn't lag.

scope fun to play with, but slow slow slow slow slow, it is only good for long rang stuff were you target cannot see you, apart from that i feel i wasted my diamonds on a weapon that will just not be used, so was trying to save up to upgrade hornet tracks, gotta start again :(

I've been doing pretty well with it in Monte carlo.

 

another map good for it is camp, cause they can't get to your side, so u don't have to worry about close ranged guys sneaking up behind u when u r using the scope.

I again tried to play using shaft and my experience was bad may be the map is not suitable for shaft.The was i get treatment using rail m3 from other guys and using shaft is totall diff.

 

When i play with rail m3 guys with isida like to charge me as i play good and kill using rail m3.But with shaft no one bothers and let me get killed and never bother to charge.LOL

 

 

Tanki has to create shaft friendly maps like long maps with lot of hiding places etc or some hign place where taks needs time to reach and shat can hit from there.

Maps like Stadium, Scope, Kungur, Barda, Tribute and a lot others are very good. Try them 8)

Red Alert, Berlin, Serpuhov etc are also good

I tried Tribute, thinking it to be a shaft-friendly map. But I actually find it poor for using shaft, although I can't be sure why. Maybe not enough areas to be free from railguns?
