TankViewer help!

Recommended Posts

I downloaded all the TankViewer stuff from http://www.kurylo.galkran.com.ua/index.php?p=tanki&l=e. I downloaded basically both of the files.

I have Flash CS4/5, yet I can't seem to make it work... I opened the file TankViewer.swf downloaded from the first link.

I used Google translate a lot for me to be able to get to that file.

So this is the error it gives:

Error #2044: Unhandled ioError:. text=Error #2032: Stream Error. URL: file:////Volumes/Macintosh%20HD/Users/UserA/TankViewer%20kd%20mod%2004.07.2011/data/hulls1_Wasp_0123.3ds

at alternativa::Tank3DPartLoader/load()

at TankViewer/loadPart()

at TankViewer/loadParts()

at TankViewer/onConfigLoadingComplete()

at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEventFunction()

at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEvent()

at flash.net::URLLoader/onComplete()

All your help is greatly appreciated! Oh and for the record I run a Mac, so would that be a contributing problem? Oh, and if anyone can help me with how to run it (I can't seem to find anything in Russian that says so using Google translate), it'd be really helpful too! Thanks!

Sergey, I noticed that too, but the file path is: hulls/1_Wasp_0123.3ds. But I can't change that, since the error message I'm given is in the "OUTPUT" screen, and I only have the .swf file. All the other files like that, like: 2_Hunter_0123.3ds follow the same format and the Wasp one does not have an extra reverse slash.

I appreciate your help! :D

Congrats on having cs4/5 :D But you dont really need flash player cs5

I have no idea why you get that error... but i might suggest the same thing everyone suggests? Clear your flash cookies http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html :3

Yeah I know, I have the normal computer-based flash player. Nothing shows up even when I use that. Oh and that stuff doesn't have anything to do with this, because I think its mainly a computer-based issue, I'm not so sure.

Thanks for your help, regardless, I really appreciate it!

Oh my goodness, I've figured it out.

I wasn't supposed to open it in an offline flash player, but rather in Chrome! Thanks for your help anyway guys!
