OtdelOK is obviously, a 'mult' account for one of the many administrators, used only for specific purposes. There is no way a person could become a moderator in 5 posts. I am guessing that the account will remain dormant until August 21st, the day of the contest. He will see the plagiarism and disqualify the cheaters.

Funny, but probably not the 'best' because, to me, it looks like you just drew a grid, cropped 6 pictures, and slopped some stick figure stuff on. It doesn't look like you put a lot of effort into it.

No. They do not have to be hand drawn (although i drew mine by hand with a pencil and a pen.)

How do i make my picture filesize smaller without making it look terrible? and if i do remove and add the smaller one will it still work :?:

My picture was originally about 1.2 MB's, but with Paperport, I was able to decrease it to 0.2 MB without the image looking horrendous.
