Can't log in game

i can log in tanki and choose map but when it't can load the map, it' said "the connection was closed by server" after loading a few mins. Help me!!!

This is a known problem, and if you are experiencing a error message saying connection closed just after you log-in then do the following.

 

1) Clean your browser's Cookies, If you don't delete your cache or history it doesn't matter, the problem is being caused by the Cookies.

 

2) Delete your Flash Cache and Cookies by using the following link

 

http://www.adobe.com/go/settmgr_storage_en

 

When that page fully loads you will see a button named Delete all Sites. Click it then click confirm and now, Try to log in again. If there is still a Problem kindly contact help@tankionline.com

thanks, i can play now but i can't change gun and go back to battle but keep scores anymore, why?

um when i click a battle i join it but after its gray screen and a another loading box comes out. after thats done,it wont dissappear and wont work!!!
