Any mail to complaints for payment system error??

Buy some Crystals with my credit card and I did not pay me back my crystals .....already send 2 reports of complaints using the box that has the system in the payment page but no reply or refund ... this is irritating. Please HELP!

This is a bloody russian business for you, mate. Try harder.

 

I've had same problem several days ago. Took several days and numerous letters to get my crystals. And they 'conveniently' forgot discount I was eligible for by Double Crystal card.

 

Addition: the next day I received all my crystals, hurray! Maybe they were too busy with something. Anyway, I'm content. :)

Man, that's quite a sum for online game. I'm sure they should help you.

Check if you put all the details in you email: your login, method of payment, date and time. And best of all if you have some kind of receipt - scan it or make a photo.
