thunder, is the most powerfull weapon in TO, but it isn't for short range.. in fact richo m3 would rape it out.. Agree with the decisions tanki made and go along ;)

if u reduce damage, it would suck and take longer to kill. if u give it a range itll be more hard to kill/splash enemies + thunder is already hard to aim cause of its big barrel. if u reduce its speed, it will take even longer to kill others

I can tell you guys right now as an owner of M2 thunder, it's a great weapon. Decent damage, reload speed, good range and splash damage. Now that's a great weapon. It's one of 2 weapons that can be hard to trace back to it's source. Smokey is the other one. Thunder is a definite must for heavy hitters who want to kill more per shot without being seen.
