That's not a traitor, maybe they got lot of lagg and can't move or just maybe doing other things... those things happens, call someone a traitor when they stop you, kill you or just shoot you.

Happened to me too. In my case it was Zajac-55, but I haven´t taken any flags. I suggest Polkovn1k and others have friend in the red team or they are even a second account of someone from the red team. This happens often in battles with a very high battle fund.
