Seems like a Spam sales pitch, but perhaps you can pitch it to the support team and see if they like it. My personal opinion is that these are redundant services and that Forums tend to work just fine.

We already use reformal.ru, but thanks for the offer. If you really wanted to contact the administration, you'd look for the name of the company that runs the game on the index page.
