Connection closed after system reinstall

Hello, nearly every time I try to login I get message “Connection closed by server”. I sad nearly because after 20 or 30 retries I manage to access battles and garage pages (I do manage to receive daily bonus in last 10 days). I’m using game form two different computers on home network, and all problems had started when I reinstall one of them (did not made any changes on the other). Now I have same problems on both computers. I tried with IE 8 and 9, Firefox 3 and 4 but result is the same. Tried with cleaning of cash and other solutions that I wound on the forum (I know there are 7 similar topics on this but none is exactly like this one).

 

I do not share my account with anybody else, have no referrals and I was not banned from game.
