"Truce" "Peace" [Idea]

I've been in many DMs (sometimes Team DMs/CTFs) and made truces/peace. Sometimes they accidently shoot me, and I get pissed. I want a like button or something to ask him the other player wants to "Truce/peace" If they accept, the person who had "Peace or Truced" with you cannot hurt you.

I have a lot of experience with making friends on Highland and Polygon DM's with Shaft and Hornet. Say, if a railgun or another shaft is sniping in a spot you want, hey, try and share. Go to the spot (for example behind the house on Highland with a ton of space) and don't attack them. 40%-60% of the time it will work. Depending on their rank and gun mostly. Good luck :)

Having an actual peace button is stupid. Have peace if you like, but accidental shooting still should be fine.

I don't like the idea very much. First, you should make a decision about your target with every single shoot. If you destroy the tank of a friend, then because you targeted at him. Just watch what you are doing with your virtual weapons :D

Second, it can become annoying for your team in CTF battles, if your friend in the opponent team gets the flag and you let him/her get away without even trying the get the flag back. Your team mates might want another button to kick you, at least if the majority of votes in your team agrees ;) (By the way, this second button is something you find in games like Urban Terror.)

Button? No way. That'll make deathmatches stupid. Sorry, but awful idea. Teaming up... ok, though i wouldn't do it. Button... no way.

No. Then, it would be messed up. Say if the person has to confirm a truce, and don't accept, the other person could keep on asking them time and time again. If they don't have to approve, well then all collectors would want a truce with everyone so no one could shoot them. It would just cause too much riot.

I know but you can handle that with a maximu "team" of 3 players, or anything like that

They didn't make an armor warfare game so you could make truces
