Because blue isida looks nicer than yellow isida on that background. And they wanted it to look as impressive as possible, not as accurate as possible.

I have no idea why the Railgun would shoot like that for an Isida. Isida = Short range, once it catches up he's doomed.

 

Then, If there was someone behind the Isida with a long range weapon, the Railgun doing that would make sense. O_o
